  • We only use natural ingredients that are found in and derived from the earth. We pay huge attention to this as it relates to responsible sourcing practices. Our skincare formulations are created to eliminate all irritating ingredients, while providing the best results in a short period of time. We carefully select each ingredient and guarantee that our customers get the highest quality product.

  • We believe in the power of nature! For this reason our products are packed with the highest purity ingredients to deliver the absolute greatest result to each customer when it comes to using our skincare. Performance for the benefit of our skin health is our focus when formulating skincare.

  • One year (12M) from the time you open is our expiration date. For highest freshness, we recommend to use our products within six months of opening.

  • We advise our customers to store our products in a cool, sun-protected place to extend its quality of life and use the product within 6-12 months of opening.

  • Our skincare products are created for different skin types. No matter whether you have healthy skin, looking to slow down your skin’s aging process or need help fighting inflammation and acne - our products work for all skin types!

  • We do not use any artificial ingredients which might cause irritation to the sensitive skin. It is up to each customer to read our product ingredients list to make sure there is no allergy to any of our ingredients.

  • We do not test products on animals.

  • Yes, our products are safe for all ages and skin type. We do not use any ingredients that could be harmful to use during pregnancy.

  • Our products are packed in glass containers which are 100% recyclable and reusable including brochures and boxes.

    We use unique light-protective Miron violet glass which keeps the product inside fresher for a long period of time.

  • We do not offer free samples at the moment.

  • We typically have a handling period of 1-3 days before shipping an order. We ship all of our orders via Canada Post which takes 3-7 days to arrive to most provinces within Canada.

  • All of our products are “made-to-order” and we typically make our products twice a week. We manufacture in small-batches and typically based on demand of 20 orders per product at a time. If we are sold out for a specific week, you can sign-up to receive an update once the item is back in-stock the following week.

  • We currently only ship to provinces within Canada.

  • At this time our products are final sale and not eligible for return.

    If you received defective product, please email hello@futureyou.com and provide the order number and reason for your return. We will contact you through email regarding next steps.

  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you are welcome to exchange it as long as it has not been opened. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges involved with exchanging a product and shipping it back.

  • If you’d like to change the shipping address after placing an order, you’ll have a limited time window to do so - within 1 day. Please email hello@futureyou.com and provide the order number with the correct address details. However, if your order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

  • Please email hello@futureyou.com with your cancellation request if your order has not been shipped. We typically allow 24 hours for cancelling an order. If the order has shipped, we unfortunately can no longer cancel it.
