Monday-Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm pst
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Domestic shipping:
All orders over $100.00 dollars automatically qualify for complimentary free shipping. Orders under $100.00 dollars, ship for a flat rate of $13.00 CAD dollars. We currently ship only within Canada. We ship all orders with Canada Post.
International shipping:
At the moment, we currently do not ship outside of Canada but we are planning to do this in the future. Check back in to hear when we launch in USA.
Order status:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and confirmation information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code and link to be activated.
When will my order ship, and when can I expect to receive it?
Normally all in-stock orders are processed within 3 business days. Pre-orders will take up to 15 business days to process as we ship them once a month due to demand.
We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays. All parcels are sent from Vancouver, BC and ship via Canada Post, which generally takes 3 business days to deliver within British Columbia and 4-7 days to provinces outside of BC.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, if you email us within 24 hours of placing your order with your updated shipping address and order number, we would be happy to update your shipping address before we schedule it with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee we will accept changes in shipping address after 24 hours of placing the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, If you email us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to cancel it. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Payment
We proudly accept all major credit cards; this includes Afterpay, Visa, and Mastercard via our secure checkout.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the organic and all-natural nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds for used or opened merchandise. We recommend new customers familiarize themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product so that you are informed before committing to purchase.
If you need to return a damaged purchase where the jar and/or bottle as well as lid are broken or cracked upon receipt of shipment, please send the item back, at your cost within 3 days of receiving the product by filling out our return submission form.
Note: Upon receiving your order, please confirm the contents of the package are entirely accurate before using the product.
Replacement parcels:
In the instance, your order arrives missing or defective; a replacement will be issued at no cost to you. To qualify for a replacement, your request must be reported to customer care within 72 hours of receipt. No replacements will be granted after the 3rd day of delivery. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and all expenses for shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Can FY refill empty packaging?
Yes, due to the nature of our bottles, they are fully reusable after full sanitization. We encourage our customers to send their bottles back to us for sanitization and a refill. This way we produce less waste.
